R&B Superstar Brandy Norwood was recently hospitalized Tuesday October 11 after an Emergency call to her L.A residence according to reports from TMZ.
The "Moesha" and "STAR" entertainer took to her Instagram story to ease concern over her well-being to her supporters. She shared:
It's good to know that Brandy is recovering. It's crazy how easily life can flash before our very eyes, especially in light of the news I've been reporting on today. I think this is a great remainder to people to be sure that we are getting the proper amounts of water and the food that we need to sustain ourselves and our health. Our bodies are made up of around 55-60 % of water and when we don't recieved that, the effects can be dreadful. We also need to be sure we are eating well and overall taking care of ourselves.
